PRODUCT HUB / CAPACITY SELECTOR
Truck Scales by Capacity — Pick Your Tonnage
Capacity is the first filter, not the last. Choose a class below and you will find a dedicated page with its own H1, its own application story and the same transparent specification table.
Selecting a truck weighing scale starts with the heaviest gross vehicle weight a site will ever see, then works back through axle spacing, deck length and cycle count. A 20 ton deck at a batching plant and a 100 ton deck at a mine share the same U-section closed-cavity construction; what changes is the module length, the load cell rating and the foundation.
We publish four fixed capacity classes, 20, 30, 50 and 100 ton, plus a portable and axle-load line built around the 58 mm WIM plate. Every class uses the 3,500 x 1,000 mm or 4,200 x 1,000 mm deck, Sa2.5 blasting, a double-sided, double-layer coating at >= 120 um dry film, and the structure validated by a 2,000,000-cycle third-party fatigue test.
Use the selector as a hub: each tonnage page links to its siblings and back here, so a distributor comparing two classes can move between them without losing the specification thread.

The selector is also the hub of our internal linking: every tonnage page points back here and to the other classes.
SHARED / PLATFORM SPEC
The build behind every capacity
Capacity changes the rating and the module count, not the manufacturing standard. The table below applies across the range.
| Parameter | Value | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Capacity class | 20 / 30 / 50 / 100 t | Nominal rated class |
| Deck construction | U-section steel, fully welded closed cavity | Torsionally stiff, no open water traps |
| Standard deck | 3,500 x 1,000 mm | Width x length, nominal |
| Widened deck | 4,200 x 1,000 mm | For longer wheelbase fleets |
| Modular configuration | ZDG-type multi-platform | Matches mixed axle spacing |
| Surface preparation | Sa2.5 shot blasting | Applied before coating |
| Coating system | Double-sided, double-layer paint | Dry film >= 120 um |
| Fatigue validation | 2,000,000 cycles | Third-party test |
| Lead time | ~60 days | From confirmed drawing |
| Minimum order | 1 unit | MOQ 1 |
| Payment | T/T | Telegraphic transfer |
| Trade terms | EXW / FCA / FOB / CNF / CIF / DAP / DDP | Incoterms on request |
| Delivery footprint | Trusted in 70+ countries | Annual output 10,000+ units |
| Teams | In-house engineering, manufacturing, installation and maintenance | Single point of responsibility |
FIG. 01 — Plan view, modular deck, not to scale
Rate the scale for the heaviest fully loaded vehicle, then add a margin for the occasional shock axle. Our load cells are rated for 150% overload; that margin is a safety buffer, not an invitation to run permanently above the nameplate class.
NEXT / SPECIFY
Turn a class into a specification
Once a capacity is shortlisted, the remaining decisions are deck length, pit or pitless foundation, static or in-motion sensing, software package, destination and incoterm. The price guide walks through each factor, and the contact form returns a documented specification and quotation.
FAQ
Capacity selection questions
Can you build a non-standard deck size?
Yes. The published 3,500 x 1,000 mm and 4,200 x 1,000 mm decks are our starting points, and ZDG-type modular platforms let us match unusual axle spacing. Send the vehicle wheelbase and site footprint and we return a dimensioned proposal.
What accuracy should I expect?
For dynamic weigh-in-motion the stated figure is +/- 0.5% of gross weight, with a single-axle class of E under the manual caliber. Static weighbridge accuracy is confirmed against the issued drawing during factory calibration for the chosen configuration.
Should I choose a portable or a fixed weighbridge?
A fixed U-section deck suits permanent high-cycle sites. Portable and axle-load pads suit temporary works, enforcement checks or sites where a civil pit is not viable. We quote both against the same spec sheet.
Which payment and trade terms do you work with?
Payment is by T/T. We quote EXW, FCA, FOB, CNF, CIF, DAP or DDP so the comparison stays transparent against your landed-cost model.
Do you publish a price list?
We quote against a specification, not a catalogue number. Capacity, deck length, module count, static or WIM sensing, foundation type, software package, destination and incoterm all move the number, so a bare price would be misleading.
